Hi,
Find below my current visa status
1. H1B 6 years completing in Jul 2009. My firm will apply for extension in March time frame
2. I have applied for I-485 and have EAD + AP.
I am planning to travel to India for a week on AP sometime in May. I have the following Qs on this
1. Can I travel to India with AP when H1B extn is pending.
2. Will I face any issue while entering the US if my H1B is denied (or) there is an RFE on my appln?
Please answer these for me.

My passport expires in Jan 2010.
Is there a time frame by which I need to renew passport? Can I go sometime this month or should it be within 6 months of expiration?

There is no such thing as AP Renewal, it is always a fresh application. That is the reason application does not mention anything about renewal.

Hi
I have applied for cos from h1 to h4.
it is still pending. Am I eligible to renew my drivers license in PA based on pending cos to h4 receipt notice.

I'm creating a car game. i managed to get the car moving and all, but i dunno how to make the car collide with the obstacles when it hits it.
How do i make it such away that if the car overlaps the kind of obstacle i want, dont have to be simple shapes but mostly oddly shaped obstacles, it would stop. that'll be good.

USCIS does not give a damn they are a govt agency that sift through paper very slowly every day. What makes you think they have a conscience and they will suddenly feel bad for you?

Folks,
I am trying to put together documents for my wife's 485 application. The birth certificate was re-issued a couple of years back (with corrections to her mother's name and including her last name which was missing earlier).
The lawyer says we need to put a good reason down for 'why a corrected birth certificate was not obtained until now'.
Do you guys know of a good reason to provide USCIS? Know of any reason which was accepted in case of your friends?
Please do advise. Thanks!

Do priority dates matter now?
with the deluge of applications that will be filed,will the priority dates matter anymore?
lets say someone with a priority date of Dec 2006 (EB2-ROW) applied for 485 in Feb 2007...will his case be processed before a person with a September 2005 priority date that filed in July 2007 (EB2-India)?
so other than allowing us to file the 485 the priority date has no value?

My EB3 RIR is filed on Feb 2005. Waiting for LC to clear. Also H1B expires on Jun 2007. Waiting for H1B extension for another 1 year.
I would like to change my job once I get my H1B extension.
1) Can I change my Job during my one year H1B extension when my LC is not cleared?
2) Can I use my current PD (Feb 2005) when my new Company process LC again through EB2 PERM?
3) From the new company, once I get LC through EB2 PERM, can I apply H1B extension for 3 years?
Please advice. Waiting for you reply.

Hi, Cled. You got a good shadow in there, but it's opposing the direction of sunlight (note the flower's stamen which has a shadow coming towards the camera).
The person appears to have been caught in "mid leap" although intended to be kneeling. I'm not sure how you'd really do something about that. Perhaps by making the shadow appear darker and less blurred near knees and shoes?
As far as blending the person over the flower, looks good - no funny edges or outlines.
