My friend is on H1 and her husband's H1 extension denied after 6 th year.Can she add her husband to her H1?

I am currently working for Company A on h1b, expiring on May 31st 2010. The GC application is denied based on on A2p issue with company A.
I had company B already filed for my labor in 2008 and approved in Jan 2009. They also filed concurrent 140 and 485 in March 2009 which is still pending. Company B wanted to hire me and now its time that I move to company B. I do have latest paystubs from Company A, currently valid i797 and experience letter.
can I migrate to company B by transfering my h1b based on approved labor with company b and pending GC application. What documents are required to transfer.

Basically you punch in your DBEC or PBEC receipt number and your city and state then your e-mail and the system will automatically e-mail you once your job is posted.

Hi,
I got a RFE while doing my H1B transfer under premium processing. They have stated to respond within 60 days. Does anybody have an idea as to whether it takes so long or it gets resolved soon under premium processing? Please help.
Once they recieve the response, if they are satisfied, the same day they will approve. It will not take that long depending on the type of RFE.

I'm available for all aspects of Flash development from Flash video to ActionScript. One of the projects I'm currently working on is a virtual tour, fully updatable and dynamic.
I also understand and have developed AfterEffects peices for web publishing purposes. So if you need Flash animation, I can do that too. My lastest work was a FLV and Flash intro peice for Enyce.

Not refering to replace the I140. IS IT POSSIBLE TO JUST REQUEST THE PRIORITY DATE?

Having a pending EB1 I-140 does not in itself confer any status. If you filed an I-485 concurrently, then you are permitted to remain in the US pending adjudication. If you have a currently valid H-1B you may remain or renew pending adjudication.

Reuters talks to Pakistani tennis star Aisam ul-Haq, who made it to the men's doubles finals of the US Open this week about his immigration problems entering the US. He seems to maintain a positive attitude despite being regularly grilled by US immigration officials. My recent EAD renewal had issues with the validity dates so I sent both the EAD (mine and my spouse) for correction. I received my EAD back with dates corrected but not for my wife. I called USCIS and one nice rep sent an email to the EAD supervisor requesting action but this was only a week ago. My wife now has a job offer but she is unsure if she could proceed due to lack of a EAD. This is obviously very frustrating for her since it was so hard to find a entry level job in this economy
I got a infopass but only for next week and it will be a little too late for the new job. She has to report to work next week. Any suggestions/thoughts for a way out will be helpful. FYI 90 days have passed since my initial EAD renewal application. I am considering opening a SR but that has a time line of 60-90 days

Sending Personal checks do not matter. Most attornies collect the application fee from us and send their checks to USCIS. I sent my personal checks to DHS.
