I would suggest, if we have 4-5 people per day for 31 days do the hunger strike. This will have a greater impact than just 1 day of hunger strike. The day should be strategized to match with the opening of the Congress session in 2007.

Sorry about the pain. if you haven't noticed, I think aftr your previous employer revoked the I-140, they went ahead and updated that to 'denied' status and apparently the date did not change. so the same day that your 140 was approved now shows as denied. Bring that to their notice and they may see their mistake.

Manipulating such data is a crime and it is seriuos security breach of the system and if the agency is manipulating backend data - it is a serious issue.

Today morning Ombudsman replied to my 2nd email ( as below) and confirmed my address - they said that a reply has been sent to me on Sep 11th for my 7001.
Then i sent a return email saying i didn't receive any reply till today Oct 2nd and he further emailed me back saying that USCIS must give me a response by Oct 30th on my Pending I-140. Keeping fingers crossed - will post here if i see any LUD or activity in my I-140 in the next 3 weeks time.
I've sent an email as well to Ombudsman a week before i sent my Form 7001.
Today they replied my email ( after 5 weeks) asking me to file form 7001 if I want any specific reply. They also mentioned that Form 7001 will be replied in 14 business days and the case will be investigated within 45 business days.
So i just replied to the email saying that i already mailed 7001 and its been 22 business days without any form of reply.
Lets see what they says now.

(2) I personally know more than a dozen people (including myself) who hgot mortgages, and this was not even an issue.
(3) You have a horse's ass for a lender. Just go to another bank. Countrywide is quite good, in my opinion. Go directly to them, not through a broker.

Hi guys,
In my college days, I was returning to Varanasi(ITBHU) after spending Holi at my Aunts place in Delhi. It was warm, so I tried with all my might to open the stuck glass window next to me. I tried and tried, gave up... only to try again, to open the damned window. Finally, with help from my neighbours I was able to get the window open. Nice cool air came in. Everything was perfect. Then suddenly it happened. The train was entering Ghaziabad, there were these slumdogs aiming cow dung at the train. Needless to say, I got hit and totally covered with shit literally. :eek:
Here I am again trying hard to open the window of opportunity... GC, for the fresh air of freedom to enter my life.
Is all this delay a blessing in disguise? Food 4 thought.

Cmon stop the rumour. Just because some of you sent the application on 2nd doesnt mean that they will honour it. If and if they do , there will be much more serious and valid lawsuit, because they've already issued a revision from 2nd July. Under law they have to give everyone a fair and equal chance.
So pls stop cooking rumours from your lawyer. He simply doesn't want to pay back your fee and keeping your hope high..
