I got my loan approved in April 2010 from Wells Fargo, the under writer created some problems but my loan officer gave them references of prior loans getting approved for people on AOS so it worked out well in the end. I know a lot of people who's loans were approved (both conventional and FHA) and were on AOS. All the best hope everything works out well for you.

I sent I-140, EAD copy for immigration documents. just got email from loan office that he received my file back from underwriter and ask for greencard copy front and back as underwriter said EAD is not acceptable (Employer can not sponsor borrower).
could anybody please tell me what to do now?

I am hoping they just dont tie EB2 I and Eb2 C at 15th Feb 2005 in April 2009.
Previously we have seen bulletins where Eb2 I and Eb2 C have tied up at 1Apr2004.
I dont know how many iterations it will take before it reaches the RIR/PERM boundary(1 Apr 2005)
We know predicting visa bulletin movement is next to impossible (for anyone) with even a semblance of a proven record (over a long period of time)...
But we still can't turn our heads away and resist the temptation to make an attempt, so here goes...for a tickle, if not anything else...
If previous years (particularly last year) are any indication, since EB2-C has been leading EB2-I for the first two quarters of the FY, it appears that they will tie up at 15FEB05 - IF there was any logic to this...
Now, we know there is no logic or method to this madness - so it might well move further or not move past 01APR04 or not move at all. Three more weeks and we'll know!

ya just because u need green card, you agree with professor sahib. once u get ur green card u will also talk bad about india and indian workers.. i think gone r days when it was a cheap labor.. do u think our education systems/colleges IIT's/REC's are crap.
just because he favored GC applicant you should not agree..he straightway projected india as third world nation in eductaion, resource quality etc ..
I totally totally agree with Professor Sahib! I wish the government listens to him. What he is saying is good for everyone. As Indians we want America to succeed and prosper and we want to be a big part of the reason they prosper.

It makes me laugh. Everyone screams and jumps up and down that they can't be part of a 750,000 person flood to USCIS.
And then they get that right.

I agree with you. In order to achieve something, you have to give up something. Either it's the money, labor,time and effort. I sense that apart from very few , rest would like the fruits of labor without any type of contribution and effort. It would take herculean effort to change everyone's attitude. I hope Gandhiji will lend us an invisible hand in our struggle.

They may not consider EAD, but if you submit a copy of I-140 they will consider that.
I also had to go thru a cycle of process, but finally they approved on on submitting a copy of I-140 Approval letter

This should answer MOST of the people's questions about this tax stimulus plan. Single (or) Married, have SSN or ITIN, you can find the answers by reading the following. (Cut/pasted from IRS website).

The reason for this is that Mumbai is 12 hours ahead in time of US. Please wait till today evening , the same will be reflected on DOS website. We have seen before that the VB bulletin cut off dates released earlier on US consulate websites in India than on the DOS websites in US

The employer can establish an account for an attorney or other agent at http://www.plc.doleta.gov. It's unique PERM cases filed by that employer.

You are forgetting spouses , EB-1 and in some cases 18+ years children.
Also quota in 2001, 2002 and 2003 was 195K and not 65 K
no. of h1b issued in last 4 years 65kX4= 260k
even if you double that (which i m sure is not the case), still it come to 500k.
so ure over estimating it.
